Buyers Want Virtual Tours

What buyers want vs. what is provided

In an article recently published by NAR, it becomes apparent that there is a disconnect between the resources buyers are looking for when purchasing a home and those that are being provided for the vast majority of listings.

What They Want

Research cited in the article, linked above, states that 94% of listed homes do not have actual virtual tours despite approximately 60% of buyers saying that they wanted to see them for homes in their search.

Virtual tours are a useful resource for buyers and a worthwhile investment for those listing a home. Providing a virtual tour not only helps prospective buyers get a better understanding of a home’s layout (especially important for out of town buyers), but they can also help buyers to connect to the space before even seeing it in person.

Media We Provide

In addition to our industry-leading photography, Hampton Roads Real Estate Photography also provides gimbal-stabilized walkthrough videos, aerial photography, and both Zillow and Matterport 3D Tours.

Being able to provide all of these services to our clients ensures that they have the listing media that they need in order to most effectively advertise their listings in today's market. Providing the media that buyers are looking for is certain to attract more of them to your listing, but having a portfolio of listings that are advertised with the best quality listing materials available can also help you win future clients and listings. Investing in professional listing media is an investment in your current and future success.
