Twilight photos are a great way to show potential buyers what the property looks like in the evening, the time that a lot of properties come to life.

The notion of Twilight or Night time photos in new to some agents, so let's all take a quick minute to discover what its all about.

As I go over this section, lets watch some examples of virtual twilight photos. You will notice that we call it a virtual twilight photo as the conversion to the twilight look is done in editing rather than being shot at night. The 1 drawback of this method is that it may not be 100% accurate to the real life look, but had multiple advantages. Imagine you pony up $75 or more for a night time shoot but it decides to rain that day, how about a broken light bulb, a mismatched color of the house lights, or a neighbor throwing a party that day and ruining the shot? These are all very common issues and leave a sour taste in agents’ mouths because it doesn’t turn out the way they were hoping, and can all be avoided by creating the twilight look in editing.
