What’s Included?

The types of advanced edits that our team can make are: virtual staging, virtual decluttering, landscape corrections, and property outlines. 

Virtual staging is a service where our editors take a normal interior photo of your listing and digitally stage it with furniture and décor. 

When virtual decluttering is used, our editors can make toys, moving boxes, trash, and any other clutter disappear from your listing photos. The result is a clean, inviting photo without the mess that was present before.

Landscaping corrections are used to fix temporary landscaping issues on exterior photos. Things like patchy grass or brown spots are easily resolved by our skilled editors. 

Our editors can also add property outlines to drone photos of your listing. This will provide buyers with a clear idea of where the boundaries of the property are.

After Ordering

When ordering your choice of advanced editing service, you will be charged a one cent placeholder item on your invoice. After your appointment is complete and your listing materials delivered, you will receive an email asking for the file names of the photos that you would like edited. After responding with the file names, our team will complete the edits on as many photos as you choose, they will be delivered to you the next day, and your bill will be finalized.
